2003-09-25 :: but you have to follow through - g.degraw

It's been a while since I last updated this, but nothing really interesting has been happening in my life. I've started my job and it's a good fun. Doesn't pay that well but it only takes 5 by foot to get to the place and that's a really good thing. I really don't think I can cope with extra an hour of travelling after uni.

Oh have I told you I bought 6 CDs the other day? I had an appointment with this place but I got there too early so decided to kill my time at the record shop. I really wanted to buy Matchbox 20 (sigh.. I'm a big fan.. don't laugh) 's 1st album, (I already have the other 2). I got there, as I was walking down the *rock* section I saw John Mayer's latest one and since I'm going to see him in December and I really do like him I thought "Why not?" As I was reaching out for "M" section I also saw Maroon 5. Got that as well without really thinking much. So with 3 CDs in my hand, still having 20 mins to spend, I decided to check out some of the music the shop had to offer. I listened to this CD and I instantly fell in love so I decided to get it, listened to another one and thought "pretty good" so got it.

5 CDs were enough to make me feel a bit embarrassed to carry around so decided to finish *checking out* there. I bought them all and that was ok. After I paid for them I realised I still had 10 mins or so and also there was a section which I didn't realise before. I went there and had another listening session and I got a shiver. I got a shiver from this album by this someone whom I had never heard of. Gavin DeGraw. You know when you hear something really good you get goosebumps all over your body?

Anyway, that's the whole story of how sonomi bought 6 CDs.

I was supposed to have 2 rounds of golf next monday but now I don't know if I could afford it. Hmm... but I guess at least I got what I really liked and not regretting about it at all I shouldn't be too negative about it. I mean do you know how good Gavin DeGraw is?!

Hmm.. it's only 11pm and I'm getting sleepy. I'm back at uni in a week and a bit and I really should get my sleeping pattern back to normal. I'll get there someday.

I want a pair of jeans.. and a cargo pants. A nice top and a backpack for uni because my beautiful Ferrari one's starting to break and I don't want it to break anymore because it's beuatiful ;) Depressing to think how much money I've gotta spend.. One bad thing about having a job is it's harder to resist the temptation of getting whatever I want and spend all the money I've got.

Time for sonomi to head off to bed, afterall she's still underage. Right ;)
